ERP for apparel, fashion and garment makers

One thread.

Factory, subcontractors, sales reps, physical stores and online operations working on the same data, at the same time.

Spreadsheets, WhatsApp and a system that never talks to the factory.

Inventory never matches. The subcontractor loses the batch. Garment cost gets figured out later.

When demand changes, production, purchasing and cash change together.

A sale at the POS becomes a fabric need, a production order and a cash forecast. Nothing typed twice.

Built by people who spent 30 years on the shop floor.

A generic ERP does not understand what makes apparel different. Vesto was born inside the industry in 1998.

From the fabric roll to the sale to the end customer.

Purchasing, tech packs, production planning, subcontractors, wholesale, retail, e-commerce and finance. One platform, two languages, all of Latin America.

Where the margin goes

Three phrases every garment factory owner knows: it does not match, it got lost, I do not know.

The pains below came from garment factory owners, wholesalers and fashion retailers, in their own words. If you recognize three, integration is missing.

80 piecesin the system

And the black medium is sold out.

Size and color inventory never matches the floor. The salesperson promises what is not there, the store loses the sale and the slow seller keeps sitting.

up to 30%late deliveries

The subcontractor said Tuesday. Delivered the following week.

How many pieces went out, when they come back and in what condition: if the answer depends on a phone call, the batch is already out of control.

15 becomes 18in real garment cost

Garment cost never matches the tech pack.

Cutting loss, subcontractor rejects and sewing time stay out of the spreadsheet. The blouse that cost 15 costs 18, and a 40% margin becomes 25%.

up to 40%of raw material idle

Fabric sitting in the warehouse for six months.

Purchases estimated by eye, without looking at production orders. The collection profit sits in rolls, and the line stops for a missing trim.

2 timesthe same piece sold

Sold online the piece the store sold this morning.

Store, sales rep and e-commerce with separate inventories. Cancelled order, angry customer and a factory producing what nobody asked for.

Weeks lateryou learn whether the month made money

Sales are good. Profit vanishes from the cash.

Without purchasing, production and sales tied to finance, cash flow is a guess and the P&L arrives from the accountant after the season is over.

This is not your team’s fault. It is what spreadsheets and generic systems do. Vesto was built to close every one of those gaps, in one thread.

What Vesto does

One ecosystem for the whole apparel chain.

When demand changes, production, purchasing and finance adjust on their own. Six modules, one database, zero retyping.

01
Engineering and costing

Tech packs with guaranteed margin

Exact fabric and trim consumption, process times and true manufacturing cost. The system suggests the selling price that protects your target margin before the first cut.

02
Purchasing and materials

Automatic bill of materials explosion

Active production orders are matched against physical stock and become purchase orders. You buy what the factory will use, and nothing sits idle in the warehouse.

03
Shop floor and subcontractors

Every batch tracked, inside and outside

Cutting, sewing, printing and finishing followed in real time, in your own plant and at subcontractors. True cost per contractor, losses and lead time, without the contractor touching the system.

04
Channels and inventory

One inventory for store, sales rep and e-commerce

Size and color matrix synced with POS, the field sales app and the online store. You sell with guaranteed availability, no stockouts and no cancellations.

05
Operations and finance

Cash flow tied to operations

Fabric suppliers, contractor settlements and receivables from every channel feed cash in real time. Forecast by day, week, month and year.

06
Leadership and strategy

Real-time P&L

Every sale, production run or purchase updates the result. Margin by collection, ABC product curve and executive dashboards without waiting for the accountant.

Management, Processes and Technology. In that order.

Technology alone does not fix a messy process. Before configuring Vesto, our consultants step into your operation.

01

Assessment of the real flow

Purchasing, production scheduling and sales structure reviewed with your team, in your factory.

02

The system adapts to you

We fit the platform to your operating reality. Your company does not have to bend to a rigid system.

03

Go-live without stopping the line

It starts with the factory in 4 to 6 weeks. Stores, sales reps and e-commerce join as the team is ready. Full operation in 3 to 4 months.

Shop-floor DNA, not office DNA.

  • Production planning designed for how subcontractors really work, no theoretical models.
  • A costing engine that captures cutting-table rejects and time per garment.
  • Inventory set up to end the most expensive stockout: the missing trim at cutting time and the finished goods left over.
  • Support from people who have implemented Vesto in more than 800 garment companies and know your problem.

The bottleneck: factory and stores not speaking the same language.

Without channel integration, the network sold what the factory did not have and stored what nobody ordered. Stockouts on one side, warehousing cost on the other.

The rollout synced the sales channels with factory production planning and automated control of fabrics, trims and finished goods, with real-time alerts.

Who uses it

In the words of the people who run it.

During the rollout we discovered processes we were not doing for lack of knowledge, and which are extremely important to the product cycle. It is a complete, intuitive ERP that specializes in our business.

GilmaraCEO, Sempre Linda (Brazil)

Vesto is an ERP that covers the whole garment operation and has helped a lot with our internal processes. The integration with our website is also excellent. It is simple and intuitive.

LuizCEO, Saduca (Brazil)

We are able to keep control of production, purchasing, raw material and finished goods inventories, invoicing, in-store sales, online sales, finance and tax management. That gives us a clear, fast view of the business.

Frequently asked questions

What every manager asks before signing.

How long does the rollout take? Will it stop my production?

It will not. The rollout is progressive: it starts with the factory module, production planning plus inventory and raw material control, in 4 to 6 weeks. Stores, sales reps and e-commerce follow as the team is ready. Full operation settles in 3 to 4 months, always with industry consultants alongside.

Does Vesto connect to my e-commerce and my tools?

Yes. Native integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Nuvemshop (Tiendanube), VTEX, Tray and Climba; with the Magis5 and Plugtoo hubs; and with the Vesti sales platform and the Vesto Field Sales app. For in-house systems we run a free feasibility review and quote the API integration.

How does it work with sewing subcontractors?

Vesto issues dispatch orders with materials and processes for each contractor. You follow the batch (received, in process, ready) by barcode or report, and the system calculates cycle time, losses and true cost per piece. Contractors do not need to use the system: control stays centralized in your factory.

Can I migrate products, tech packs and inventory from my spreadsheets?

Yes. We provide Excel templates for products, size and color runs, tech packs and opening balances. Our team validates, test-imports and fixes inconsistencies, usually under 5% of the data. Nobody retypes anything.

How does the system protect the margin of each collection?

You set the target margin, say 40%. Vesto adds real fabric and trim consumption, cutting, sewing and finishing times and overhead. If the blouse you thought cost 15 costs 18, the system shows the real margin dropped to 25% and suggests the corrected price before launch.

What about data security and tax compliance?

Data in a high-availability cloud with bank-grade encryption, automatic daily backups and recovery in under 4 hours. Local e-invoicing and tax compliance according to the country of operation.
